Our story
This quote from Saint Exupéry was at the heart of our decision. Tired of a lifestyle that was too demanding, we decided to break free of our frenetic schedule in order to strive for more authenticity, passion and commitment. This required us to switch off the autopilot mode we were connected to.
After many trips to the Indonesian archipelago, we literally fell under the spell of the refinement and delicacy of Balinese art.
Our meeting with the famous Agung Gede Rai, Founder of the ARMA Museum in Ubud, world-renowned and recognized for his Balinese and international works of art, was a turning point in our decision to make Ubud, the cultural and artistic capital of Bali, a focal point for all our professional endeavours.
This incredible human encounter has led us to establish partnerships in order to promote our common passion for Art. It is a great privilege to be able to count on Agung Gede Rai, our artistic spiritual father.
It is a very beautiful collaboration on a human level. On the artistic and professional level, it is a guarantee of quality and authenticity.
Our emotions and impressions were such, through discovering the cultural wealth of the island that we wanted to share them with you.

Born into a family of artists over several generations, starting with the famous Italian sculptor Antonio Canova, I developed a pronounced taste for Art very early on.
After ten years spent in the world of luxury textiles in the family business, I decided to embark on a new adventure, one that was more rooted in authenticity and spirituality.
My encounter with Bali, rooted in Hindu culture, changed all my personal values. It is a way of carrying you out of time and encouraging you to review your ways of thinking, your artistic references, and your priorities. It re-establishes your place as a human being in harmony with nature, and not in a state where you are constantly running after time.
Passionate about this desire to share my personal adventure as well as my taste for beauty, well-being and the art of living, I decided to create My O’BE.
As Marketing and Production Director in the luxury sector, my work has provided me with great expertise, while constantly striving to satisfy my clients and ensure that my work is performed to the highest standards.

Passionate about Tribal and Oceanic Art, the discovery of Bali, its people, its culture and its Arts, was such a shock, that it prompted me to make a radical change in my life.
Having been a lawyer in France for 25 years, 10 of which were spent at the head of a firm of about forty people, I decided to leave everything behind to live my passion: Art in all its forms.
However, beyond the work of Art as such, I am passionate about Artists. The encounter, the exchange, the understanding and, step by step, the complicity that is forged with each of them is a source of nourishment for the mind, which is essential in trying to understand the creative process.
I want to share this passion with you, a passion that triggers so many emotions.
An inexhaustible source of inspiration, Bali is an island that is being renewed, hovering between tradition and modernity, constantly.
It is a place where everyone’s creativity can be pursued freely.
It is where Art rhymes with the Art of living…
We have decided to combine our respective skills in different fields, as well as our solid knowledge of the artistic and entrepreneurial world, in order to share, together, a collaborative project that reflects our passion for the arts.

That is why our own offices are located in the very heart of the city of Ubud, where everything is happening in Bali in terms of Art, beauty and artistic creation.
