In this painting, Satya Cipta depicts a woman who takes her destiny into her own hands.
It features a young woman, disappointed by her husband, who condemns him for his errors and kills him with a Keris, a traditional Balinese knife. Her act is reinforced by the energy, symbolised by the sun to the right of the work, from which emanates a profusion of smoke that gives her the strength to perform this cruel act.
